Qualification: 12th Pass and Above (B.Com / BBA / HR graduates preferred)

Job Summary

Dry Fruit House is looking for energetic and motivated Field Recruiters to support hiring for Sales and Marketing positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, contacting potential candidates, conducting initial screening, and coordinating the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Sales and Marketing positions through field visits, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Visit local areas to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Contact candidates and explain job roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate details and update recruitment records.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.
• Travel to different locations as required for recruitment activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Experience hiring Sales Executives or Marketing Executives is preferred.
• 12th Pass or above; B.Com, BBA, and HR graduates are preferred.
• Must own a bike and be comfortable with field travel.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-based and office-based environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
