Field Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine field operations including start-up, shutdown, and equipment monitoring.
  
• Conduct field rounds and ensure safe operation of all unit equipment.
  
• Adhere strictly to SOPs, safety procedures, and operational checklists.
  
• Coordinate with control room and report abnormalities to shift in-charge.
  
• Handle equipment isolation, depressurization, and maintenance support.
  
• Maintain operational logs, safety registers, and shift handover notes.
  
• Support emergency response as per HRRL protocols.
  
• Participate in PFD, P&ID, and line tracing familiarization.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI/Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
  
• 2 - 5 years experience in water treatment plant, refinery or continuous process plant, Petrochemical engineering, Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas processing industry preferred.
  
• Physically fit and safety-conscious with good communication skills.

• Experience in pre-commissioning, commisioning and operation of Utilities will be preferable.
