As a Premier Acquisition Manager at our company in Kochi, Kerala, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality Current & Savings Account (CASA) clients, particularly in the HNI segment, and driving revenue through cross-selling various retail liability products. Your main focus will be onboarding and retaining clients within a defined catchment area to achieve branch-level targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing New-to-Bank (NTB) clients through field outreach, events, and referrals, acquiring CASA relationships from high-potential individuals and entities, conducting promotional campaigns, and cross-selling third-party financial products like mutual funds and insurance. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain average quarterly balances, collaborate with the Branch Sales Manager and product teams, and ensure complete and accurate documentation in compliance with KYC, AML, and internal operational standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and have at least 6 months to 4 years of experience in retail banking or financial services, with a focus on CASA/liabilities/HNI acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to network effectively, and digital literacy are essential for success in this position. You should also be comfortable with local travel using a two-wheeler. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from 2.4LPA to 3.4LPA, depending on your experience level.
