Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Marketing Intern to support on-ground marketing activities and brand promotion initiatives. The intern will be responsible for executing field-level campaigns, engaging with potential customers, and assisting in lead generation and local promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of on-ground marketing and promotional activities
• Assist in brand visibility initiatives such as posters, standees, flyers, and banners
• Conduct local market surveys and collect customer feedback
• Engage with walk-in prospects and explain basic offerings
• Support lead generation through field activities and referrals
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for daily field plans
• Maintain records of field activity reports and leads generated

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work on-field and interact with the public
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts
• Good observation and reporting skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Prior exposure to field marketing, sales, or promotions is an added advantage
• Familiarity with the local area and market dynamics
