Field Marketing Executive

✅ Market Activation & Brand Promotion

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional activities at targeted locations.

• Build brand visibility through on-ground activations, exhibitions, and events.

✅ Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

• Identify and approach potential customers, gather leads, and drive conversions.

• Conduct surveys or collect customer feedback to improve future campaigns.

✅ Relationship Management

• Develop strong relationships with customers, local partners, vendors, and event organizers.

• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.

✅ Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report on campaign performance, footfall, and ROI of field activities.

• Share competitor insights and market trends gathered during field visits.

✅ Training & Supervision

• Brief and supervise promoters, event staff, or temporary field teams when required.

• Ensure that field staff represent the brand professionally.

✅ Territory Management

• Manage assigned territory effectively, optimizing time and resources to cover target areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
