✅ Market Activation & Brand Promotion Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional activities at targeted locations. Build brand visibility through on-ground activations, exhibitions, and events. ✅ Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Identify and approach potential customers, gather leads, and drive conversions. Conduct surveys or collect customer feedback to improve future campaigns. ✅ Relationship Management Develop strong relationships with customers, local partners, vendors, and event organizers. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts. ✅ Reporting & Analytics Track and report on campaign performance, footfall, and ROI of field activities. Share competitor insights and market trends gathered during field visits. ✅ Training & Supervision Brief and supervise promoters, event staff, or temporary field teams when required. Ensure that field staff represent the brand professionally. ✅ Territory Management Manage assigned territory effectively, optimizing time and resources to cover target areas.
