Job Description

  • Field Marketing Managers: Lead the field marketing team, develop and execute regional/field strategies to drive pipeline for Unified Communications (UCaaS), CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), and CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) solutions. Plan and manage events, roadshows, partner activities, ABM campaigns, and work closely with sales teams for demand generation. Track ROI and report on field activities. Required: B2B SaaS marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), event planning, and basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS value propositions. Ambitious marketers with transferable B2B tech experience or strong personal initiative are welcome.
  • Field Marketing Specialists (Events & Roadshows): Execute in-person and virtual events, trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables, and demos focused on selling UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS solutions. Handle logistics, booth setup, speaker coordination, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with sales for on-site support. Required: Event platforms (e.g., Hopin, ON24, Cvent), lead scanning tools, and basics of telecom/cloud communication solutions. Beginners with event coordination experience (even university/club events) or enthusiasm for tech sales events are encouraged.
  • Partner Marketing Specialists: Build and execute co-marketing programs with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to promote UCaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS offerings. Create joint campaigns, MDF (Market Development Funds) plans, partner enablement materials, and through-partner marketing activities. Required: Channel/partner marketing basics, co-branded content creation, and understanding of indirect sales models in telecom/cloud space. Outgoing beginners with relationship-building skills or partner program exposure welcome.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialists: Identify target accounts in telecom/cloud communications verticals, create personalized campaigns (direct mail, custom events, 1:1 outreach) to drive adoption of Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Platform solutions. Work with sales on named accounts. Required: ABM tools (Demandbase, Terminus, 6sense basics), personalization tactics, and B2B enterprise sales cycles. Analytical self-starters with interest in tech solutions encouraged.
  • Field Marketing Analysts: Measure and report on field marketing performance (pipeline influenced, ROI, event attendance, lead quality), maintain dashboards, and provide insights to optimize UCaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS campaigns. Required: Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, and basic attribution models. Detail-oriented beginners with data curiosity welcome.
