Field Marketing Executive

We are looking to hire 4 dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team at our Attapur office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services directly to potential customers and building strong relationships in the field. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to reach out to new and existing customers.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned areas.
• Distribute marketing materials and explain product/service benefits to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain daily visit records and submit activity reports.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for on-ground campaigns.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, or outdoor promotions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with local travel within Hyderabad.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Field visits within Hyderabad (Attapur and nearby area)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
