We are looking for energetic and results-driven Marketing Executives to promote our app and drive downloads through direct engagement with the public. *Job Description:* As a Flap Live Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote our app by engaging with potential users in public spaces, events, and other destinations. Your goal will be to convince individuals to download the Flap Live app and capture their experiences through short video testimonials. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Achieve Daily Download Targets:* Meet a target of 100 app downloads per day through direct interactions with potential users. 2. *Public Engagement:* Visit public places, events, and other destinations to promote the Flap Live app and encourage downloads. 3. *Create Footage:* Capture short video testimonials (3-4 seconds) from users after they download the app. The video should feature them stating, "Flap Live: Create, Connect, and Earn" or a similar phrase. 4. *Document Success Stories:* Take a small shoot/spot of users interacting with the app or sharing their experiences. 5. *Build Brand Awareness:* Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Flap Live to potential users. *Incentive Structure:* - *Fixed Salary:* 15,000 - 20,000 per month. - *Performance Incentives:* For every download above the monthly target of 3,000 downloads, you will earn an additional 15 per download. *Requirements:* - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Comfortable engaging with people in public spaces. - Basic knowledge of smartphone cameras and video recording. - Passion for promoting digital platforms and engaging with users.
