Role Overview

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing all on-ground (offline) marketing activities to promote our courses/brand, generate quality leads, and support the admissions/sales teams.

Is role ka main focus hai market mein jaa kar brand ko visible banana + enquiries laana.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Ground Promotion & Branding

  • Canopy / stall / kiosk setup and management in markets, coaching hubs, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and public places.
  • Pamphlet, brochure, leaflet distribution in targeted areas.
  • Wall posters, banners, flex, standee placement as per branding plan.
  • Ensure brand visibility in nearby coaching zones, bus stands, metro stations, market areas, etc.

2. School / College / Coaching Visit

  • Regular visits to schools, colleges, coaching centres, and tuition points to promote our courses.
  • Meet principals, coordinators, teachers, and campus influencers to build relationships.
  • Conduct small seminars, orientation sessions, and counselling camps (with team support).

3. Lead Generation & Data Collection

  • Collect student/parent data (name, class, mobile number, interest) during field activities.
  • Maintain proper lead sheets / Excel / CRM and share daily with the marketing/admission team.
  • Motivate students/parents to visit the centre / download the app / attend demo classes / join live classes.

4. Event & Activity Execution

  • Support in planning and executing ground events – scholarship tests, open seminars, demo classes, workshop days, career guidance sessions, etc.
  • Manage crowd, registration desk, feedback forms, and branding at events.
  • Coordinate with vendors for flex, standees, sound system, printing, etc. (if required).

5. Market Research & Competitor Tracking

  • Visit competitor institutes/centres to understand their offers, branding style, and fee patterns.
  • Share field feedback about student demand, popular exam categories, and area potential.

6. Daily Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain a daily activity report (DAR) – places visited, people contacted, leads generated, enquiries created.
  • Coordinate closely with the admission/sales team to ensure follow-up on leads.
  • Attend regular review meetings and share ideas to improve outreach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of leads generated per day / per week
  • Number of school/college/coaching visits
  • Canopy / stall activities completed as per plan
  • Conversion support – enquiries to admissions (indirect contribution)
  • Proper and timely reporting & documentation

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation (any stream).
  • Freshers can apply; experience in field marketing / sales / promotions / education sector will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of the local area / market.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills – Hindi (must), basic English (preferred).
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable with field work (90% role on-ground).
  • Ability to talk confidently to students, parents, shopkeepers, and school staff.
  • Basic smartphone handling – WhatsApp, calling, location, simple Excel/Google Sheets (for reporting).
  • Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-based environment.
  • Honest, punctual, and disciplined.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, 6 days a week (1 weekly off – [Day])
  • Field timings as per company schedule, usually 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Extra activities on Sundays / special events may be required (with compensatory benefit as per company policy).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience & interview)
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives on leads/admissions/targets achieved.
  • Conveyance / field travel support as per company policy.
