- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments and tests.

- Provide timely feedback and support to students to encourage improvement.

- Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance course materials and teaching methods.

- Maintain an organized record of student progress and attendance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of general studies topics and the competitive exam syllabus.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.

- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for teaching.
