Your main responsibilities The Field Technician creates operational added value through the execution of the installation process with defined installation methods and tools to achieve the target performances in terms of quality, safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Execute the installation of new and modernized units applying the methods established by Schindler ensuring the achievement of performance targets. Managing and monitoring delinquent account collection for the assigned portfolio and ateam of team managers and team leaders. Managing a team of Team Managers and Team Leaders.
