Objective: To lead and manage legal support in hard recovery cases involving partner defaults, asset recovery, unauthorized setups, or dispute scenarios. This role ensures timely, lawful execution of recovery efforts and mitigates legal risk across markets. Key Responsibilities: Review flagged partner cases for legal risk and provide go/no-go advice for recovery action. Draft and validate legal notices, warnings, and documentation for wallet default and asset pickup. Coordinate with police/local authorities in sensitive regions to ensure smooth asset recovery. Support recovery teams during on-ground visits, especially in high-risk or resistant partner zones. Handle escalated legal disputes, partner complaints, and litigation Maintain legal documentation (photos, visit logs, partner statements, signed forms). Qualifications & Experience: LLB (mandatory); 3-6 years in litigation, recoveries, or corporate legal roles.
