Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver classroom-based training sessions to Eye Connect Technician (ECT) trainees, covering topics such as eye care basics, types of refractive errors, objective and subjective refraction techniques, tele-refraction using TR 2.0, customer service, and entrepreneurship development. Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training using tools like Click Check and the Tele Refraction platform to ensure trainees gain real-world skills and confidence. Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to complement in-class sessions, support blended learning, and track trainee progress and engagement throughout the training cycle. Facilitate trainee assessments and prepare them for certification processes, while providing continuous feedback and individual mentoring to improve learning outcomes. Candidate will perform work which involves both conventional engineering practices and complex situations, requiring innovation relative to work practices and procedures. Multi-disciplined power generation projects require engineers to work in a diverse project team environment and exhibit the ability to develop consensus in identifying the optimum solution to complex problems. These complex assignments require the application of advanced techniques, resulting in the development of new or improved processes, equipment and/or technological methods. Candidate will be responsible for detailed design through the development of contract specifications and contract administration. Position will require extensive interface with equipment suppliers/vendors, and with project managers, other engineering disciplines, modelers, designers, and detailers locally in the Mumbai office as well as remotely in various offices in the United States.
