Field Investigator

To conduct discreet on-ground investigations, gather physical and digital evidence, and perform surveillance to solve personal, corporate, and political cases.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Surveillance & Shadowing: Following subjects discreetly (on foot or by vehicle) to monitor activities without being detected.
• ​Evidence Collection: Capturing high-quality photo and video evidence using hidden cameras, long-range lenses, and mobile devices.
• ​Undercover Operations: Adopting "cover stories" to enter specific locations (offices, residential societies, or events) to gather internal information.
• ​Background Verification: Conducting physical address verifications, neighbor checks, and lifestyle audits for matrimonial or corporate clients.
• ​Political Intelligence: Gathering ground-level data on voter sentiment, local influencer activities, and area-wise demographics for political clients.
• ​Reporting: Preparing detailed daily activity logs with time-stamped evidence to be presented to the client.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Technical Skills: Proficient in using spy gadgets (button cameras, GPS trackers, audio recorders) and high-end DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
• ​Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (with a valid license) and be willing to travel across Pune and nearby districts at short notice.
• ​Languages: Full fluency in Marathi (essential for ground-level interaction), Hindi, and English.
• ​Work Hours: Must be comfortable with irregular hours (early mornings, late nights, or weekend shifts) depending on the case requirements.
• ​Physical Fitness: High stamina is required for long hours of stationary surveillance (waiting in a vehicle or a public spot for hours).
• ​Discretion: Must be able to keep their profession a secret from friends and family to maintain operational security.

​Preferred Background

• ​Ex-Military, Ex-Police, or NCC "C" Certificate holders.
• ​Graduates in Criminology, Law, or Psychology.
• ​Candidates with experience in Insurance Claim Investigation or Recovery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
