Advisor, where we provide all type of insurance like MOTOR, HEALTH,

TRAVEL, COMMERCIAL LINES excluding LIFE INSURANCE.

 Job Role: Field Insurance Associate- FIA

 Job Type: Full Time.

 Applicant: Only Male can apply.

 Job Location: Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar, Alipurduar

 Education: Minimum Higher Secondary.

 Mandatory things: 2 Wheeler with license.

 Job Description: This Role (Field Insurance Advisor) is completely a target oriented field job. No fixed pay will be paid, it is fully incentive base work. The incentive will be paid in (L+ 15) model, where L means Lead and 15 days. Ex- A FIA gives 1 lead on 1st Sep, 25 he will get his incentive in 16th Sep, 25.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. The applicant should go places like crowded market, in front of shopping mall, bank, school, traffic signal area, parking area to collect the lead and convert the lead into sales.

2.Finding the insurance expired vehicles using mParivahan mobile app and report the lead to the Team Manager.

2.Generating Lead for the every upcoming months.(Field enquiry Sheet will be provided).
