· Daily field Visit to the stores. · Training store owner / associate on the following 1. DA Scorecard 2. Defects , that are not part of DA Scorecard 3. Adherence to holiday adoption in Store App 4. Store Returns 5. POD/ KYC/ MAQ New Store training after BGV completion ( Website Onboarded ) Training of new XPTs and ensuring transaction of stores with XPTs. Daily/ Weekly / monthly reporting through WOW App with Feedback Expected Visit Frequency : Ratio of ADE to stores is 3approx. 1: 85 – 120. ADEs will be expected to make 2 visit for month to each assigned store. The ratio of ADE : store and store Visits count can increase depending on the necessity and location.
