Field Engineer III

You will be working as a Field Engineer with Worley, collaborating with the existing team to deliver projects for clients while enhancing your skills and experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing Issued for Construction drawings and requesting clarifications if necessary - Collaborating with the Planning Engineer/Team to develop construction schedules - Understanding and adhering to the contract agreement requirements of contractors - Assisting in reviewing/approving Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans of contractors - Supervising safety measures to maintain a safe workplace and carrying out inspections to ensure compliance - Participating in site walk rounds, quality audits, and review meetings with contractors - Coordinating with contractors for submission of As Built mark ups and reviewing the same Qualifications expected for this role are: - Job Specific Knowledge: Quality control, safe working practices, resource requirements, supervision of construction activities, and knowledge of relevant standards - Industry Specific Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience for Graduate Engineers/10 years for Diploma Engineers in Oil & Gas and Chemical sectors - Education: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline - HSE Capability: Understanding of safe construction execution methods - IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office - People Skills: Team player with interpersonal skills - Other: Adaptable, open to learning, and integrity-driven Join Worley to be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values belonging, innovation, and connection.
