Field Engineer

As a Field Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to install and configure equipment and systems in the field. You will be required to perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure that all equipment is operational at all times. In case of faults, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise. Accuracy is key in this role, and you will be expected to maintain precise logs of equipment performance and all maintenance activities. Regular communication with supervisory personnel to provide progress reports on technical issues is also a crucial aspect of this position. Safety is a top priority, and you must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to create and maintain secure working environments. Conducting site visits to assess installation needs and preparing the necessary tools and equipment for the job will be part of your routine tasks. Before deployment, you will be responsible for calibrating and testing equipment to ensure its functionality. Additionally, providing onsite customer support and service, including training users on equipment operation, will be a key aspect of your interactions.
