Description We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow their careers in Salesforce administration. Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, and data management. Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and enhancements based on business requirements. Provide support and training to users on Salesforce best practices and functionalities. Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and operational metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with business processes and goals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalities and integrations. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its features. Knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user setup and security management. Familiarity with Salesforce data model, data import/export tools, and reporting capabilities. Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Basic understanding of CRM concepts and business processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) would be an advantage.
