Roles and Responsibilities Ability to do production planning specially in paddy and Hybrid paddy. Impart high level of seed production knowledge and including use of new technology. Work towards maintaining 99% purity in seed production . Attend conferences, etc and implement relevant ideas and new digital ideas. Identify training needs in team and organize training programs accordingly, succession planning based on the same. Creating budgets and monitoring the same. Resolve quality / other complaints received from organizers and farmers. Initiate seed certification activities. Negotiate with Organizers and farmers to get favorable terms for the company . Ability to create SOPs for production and make it more efficient from time to time . Organize SPR to understand how we can reduce seed prod costs in future . Arrange Parental seeds production of very high quality. Set up systems and processes for seed production. Desired Candidate Profile B.Sc Ag / M.Sc Ag Preferred 8 to 12 years experience in Seed Production operations Knowledge of Agronomy of major crops. Good relationships with organizers.
