As a Senior Associate in Incentive Compensation, you will be responsible for administering and implementing approved incentive compensation plans across sales teams. Your role will involve translating business rules into calculation logic, developing and maintaining compensation models, and ensuring accurate implementation in IC systems. You will also extract, transform, and validate large datasets, perform data quality checks, and maintain historical compensation data for auditing and analytics purposes. Additionally, you will be involved in compensation calculation and reporting to ensure compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, and SOX controls. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining up-to-date documentation on compensation processes, logic, and governance, and providing analytical insights on compensation effectiveness, earnings distribution, and quota attainment trends. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation or a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in the field. Preferred qualifications include relevant experience in the Bio/Pharmaceutical industry or consulting, execution-focused delivery, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to identify areas for process and systems innovation.
