Field Collection officer

Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Age: 18-30
• Must possess valid Driving License (2-wheeler mandatory).
• Should have all original educational certificates (10th, 12th, and degree if applicable).
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English/local language.
• Willing to travel within assigned city/area for collections.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for insurance premium/money collection as per assigned area.
• Ensure timely collection of due payments and deposit to company system/bank.
• Maintain proper documentation of collections and receipts.
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers to resolve queries related to payments.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
• Report collection status to the team leader/manager on a regular basis.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies.
