Field Civil Supervisor

As a Civil Field Supervisor for Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) Operations at Horizon Telecom, your role is crucial in ensuring efficient OFC laying and maintenance. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Perform OFC laying, routing, and troubleshooting to maintain network integrity. - Manage materials, vehicle MIS, and daily attendance sign-off for smooth operations. - Ensure 100% safety compliance as per Airtel policy to prioritize the well-being of the team. - Handle site restorations, drop cable/OTB changes for seamless connectivity. - Liaise with local authorities for network protection and smooth execution of operations. - Coordinate with infra partners to safeguard cables and maintain network security. - Maintain 12x7 availability with vehicle and labor support to address any operational requirements efficiently. Qualification Required: - ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Civil/Any Other field. In this role, you will work in day shifts under in-person supervision alongside 4 Civil Laborers, offering a competitive salary range of 15K-18K with health insurance and life insurance benefits.
