Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and representing the company in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Visit potential clients to present our digital marketing services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide daily and weekly field activity reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a personal vehicle for field visits
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹10,692.96 - ₹51,050.16 per month
