Qualifications & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in any field, preferably from a premier institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in social sciences, public policy, or journalism. 2 15+ years of full-time or part-time experience in consulting, fieldwork, research, journalism, stakeholder management, or marketing. Proven ability to manage team operations and coordinate effectively. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Tamil (reading and writing) is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills. Additional Requirements Strong alignment with the organization s values and mission.
