Job Summary:

We are seeking a Field Assistant to visit dairy cooperative societies in Ernakulam District, engage with farmers, and collect farmer details for product training and orientation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to dairy farmers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit dairy cooperative societies in Ernakulam District to promote Curewell Homoeo Pharmacy products and services.

2. Engage with dairy farmers, understand their needs, and provide product information and training.

3. Collect farmer details for product training and orientation.

4. Build and maintain relationships with dairy farmers and cooperative societies.

5. Achieve sales targets and earn incentives based on performance.

6. Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management.

Requirements:

1. Pre-Degree Pass qualification.

2. Age less than 35 years.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Willingness to travel extensively within Ernakulam District.

6. Basic knowledge of dairy farming and cooperative societies is desirable.
