The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing campaigns and activations across Rajasthan. You will be coordinating between internal teams, vendors, field staff, and senior stakeholders, managing timelines, resource planning, logistics, and field reporting. It will be your responsibility to ensure that campaigns resonate with the culture, history, and local sensibilities. Additionally, you will be required to hire and manage on-ground teams across districts as needed, monitor execution quality, handle crisis situations, and deliver on KPIs. Providing regular updates, reports, and performance insights to leadership will also be part of your role. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in campaign/project management, field activations, or large-scale operations. Deep knowledge of Rajasthan's geography, history, and cultural landscape is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, along with a proven ability to manage field operations under tight timelines. Fluency in Hindi is a must, and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects is a plus. You should also be willing to travel extensively across Rajasthan. Educational qualifications for this role include a B.Tech (Engineering - any stream) along with an MBA, preferably in Marketing, Strategy, or Operations.,
