Oracle Certification: Certified in relevant Oracle Cloud modules, preferably Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud. Compensation Plan Design Expertise: Strong experience configuring and designing compensation plans, quotas, Credit & eligibility rules, and integration with other systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Webservice and File Based Uploads and compensation-related configurations. Functional Knowledge: Understanding of incentive compensation business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. This profile ensures successful Oracle Incentive Management Cloud implementations and efficient compensation processes.
