The Site Coordinator position based in Gurgaon offers a compensation of up to 25k for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry. As a proactive Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing administrative and operational support at ISP field sites to ensure smooth coordination between technical teams, vendors, and central functions for fiber rollout, installation, and maintenance operations. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day activities related to fiber deployment, installation, and maintenance at the site, tracking material deliveries, managing attendance of field technicians and contractors, facilitating vendor coordination, and acting as a liaison between site engineers, vendors, and the central operations team. Additionally, you will be required to maintain site documentation, monitor local safety, support audits and reporting requirements, and escalate site issues as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline with a preference for candidates with an administration or telecom background. You must have at least 1-3 years of experience in field coordination or site administration within the ISP/Telecom industry and be familiar with fiber rollout projects such as FTTH, FTTB, and Backbone. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and basic reporting tools, along with strong organizational and communication skills, are essential for success in this position. Role & responsibilities Responsible to plan and execute delivery of all Enterprise Orders. Engagement with cross-functional teams to deliver links e2e right from order receipt till IR sign-off.
