3 and more years of working experience, with the maximum years in SAP environment Test Management and/or software testing certifications (eg.ISTQB Advanced or Expert level) and Structured Testing approach (eg.Tmap NEXT, STQB, IEEE, TMII) Domain experience with SAP ERP MM/CPL and able to relate SAP functionality with business process and requirement, knowledge in SAP MM Master data and transactional activities Good knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / QM / PS / FI-CO Strong knowledge and experience in using HP QC / ALM Any knowledge on automation tool (UFT, Worksoft etc), added skills Good coordination, presentation and communication skills Good in stakeholder management,Self-starters, able to work independently, display initiative, keen to take responsibility and learn quickly on the job Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines Professional, organized, self-motivated and results oriented Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience of complex problem solving and Excellent team players with strong customer focus
