Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Lecturer located in Greater Noida. The Assistant Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, preparing and updating curriculum, and assessing student performance. Additional tasks include developing educational materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic meetings and professional development. Qualifications Strong teaching, curriculum development, and educational material preparation skills Proficiency in student assessment, mentoring, and academic support Experience in hospitality management, with knowledge of the hospitality industry Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to conduct research and participate in academic activities Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Previous teaching experience is a plus Show more Show less

Salary : will be according to industry standards and experience (salary range: ₹ 360000-₹ 420000 ) Responsibilities Deliver subject-specific lectures (e.g., Food Production, F&B Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) in accordance with the institute's syllabus and academic calendar. Design and implement practical sessions , ensuring hands-on learning experiences in labs or training restaurants. Utilize modern teaching aids and technology , including multimedia presentations, virtual labs, and LMS platforms, to enhance learning outcomes. Engage in continuous curriculum review to ensure alignment with industry standards and evolving hospitality trends. Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular activities, offering support for internships, competitions, and research projects. Provide individual feedback and academic counseling to students, promoting their personal and professional development. Assist students in skill development , particularly in areas of communication, personality grooming, and industry-readiness. Qualifications Full time Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University and full time Master's degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management and at least 3 (three) years teaching experience in an institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University. or Full time Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University and at least 3 years of hotel experience in relevant area including experience at supervisory level.
