Key Tech Skills and Responsibilities: Should be conversant on scope study and contract document related to project requirements, Should Understand schedule & WBS-for the Project execution, To co-ordinate With project scheduler for the detailed project commissioning schedule Should maintain close coordination with Process/Engineering, Project management, Contracts team, site management and sub-contractors. Accountable for Commissioning of FGD plant & pre commissioning of sub system/equipment associated with FGD plant. Ensure Industry safe practice & processes are in place & complied with. Co-coordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentations. Supported all commissioning and start-up activities. Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment. Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of all equipment. Make sure all systems are designed, installed, tested, operated, & maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner or final client. Highlighting & resolving all punch points. Preparing cost estimates based on offers from vendors, decision for sourcing of equipment to arrive at optimal cost. 5. Cost estimates of fabricated equipment. 6. Attending techno-commercial meetings, pre-bid negotiations with vendors and formulation of comparative statement and interaction with all concern departments. 7. Ensure Timely proposal submission through Expediting and Follow-up efforts as and when required. 8. Attending technical discussion with Client / consultants. 9. Preparation of Process Flow Diagram and Layout Drawings for bid submission. Preferred candidate profile 1. Relevant experience in Engineering EPC Company preferably in the field of Material Handling Systems and or in process plants associated with Aluminium and Copper 2. Knowledge of Thermal Power Plants, Aluminium Refinery and Aluminium Smelters, Copper Smelter etc. 3. Independently lead the coordination and preparation of proposals of all sizes. 4. Domain knowledge in the field. 5. Excellent Presentation, Written & Verbal Communication Skills. 6. Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure. 7. Ready to travel regularly, for short periods. 8. Understand business objectives, priorities, and sales strategy, especially as they relate to the proposal process. 9. Role & responsibilities Responsible for mechanical construction / execution of all flue cane (wet stack) works and handing over to commissioning department Nature & Scope • Complete knowledge of site execution for wet stack package execution plan with stipulated time schedule. • Knowledge of wet stack flue cane fabrication, beam fabrication and excellence command over mechanical execution works of chimney. • Major subcontractors scope of supply / works, structure execution. • EHS Plan, execution manpower plan etc. • Conduct and Execute daily/ weekly and monthly plans with MHPS Team and Sub contractors with comprehensive reports. • Strategically manage the site schedule, progress of works and effective resource plan. • Execute site as per MHPS EHS and QA/QC plan. • Coordinate with site execution team for smooth operation. Person Profile Educational Qualification • Mechanical Degree above 60% (bachelor/ master). • Appropriate experience in power plant construction and FGD construction for flue cane chimney (wet Stack). • Good proficiency in English. Experience • 07 to 10 years of experience in the field of power plant and FGD construction.
