The role involves various aspects of quality inspection and assurance throughout the different stages of the manufacturing process. In the Incoming Inspection phase, your responsibilities will include correlating incoming materials with MTC, PO, and Drawings. You will conduct inspections based on the provided drawings, control plans, and sampling size. Additionally, you will review the Material Test Certificates (MTC) in compliance with ASME/ASTM standards. Conducting vendor audits and ensuring the calibration of instruments will also be part of your duties. Moving on to the In-process Inspection stage, you will be responsible for confirming that all operations are in line with the Job card and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will ensure adherence to the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and perform stage inspections as necessary. Monitoring the proper handling of in-process materials and coordinating with third-party stage inspections are also key tasks. You will also oversee the inspection of outsourced materials, whether at the vendor's location or upon receipt. During the Final Product Inspection phase, you will be tasked with conducting all last-stage inspections as per the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Drawings. Coordinating third-party inspections, managing non-conformities or rework schedules, and addressing customer complaints while preparing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) or 8D reports will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in Certification activities, serving as a Quality Management System (QMS) Internal Auditor. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
