Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role will cover end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be people-focused, process-driven, and able to handle multiple HR responsibilities with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination). Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain updated job descriptions and coordinate with department heads for manpower planning. 2. Payroll & Compliance Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions). Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies. 3. Employee Engagement & Relations Plan and implement engagement activities, recognition programs, and HR initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide timely resolutions. Support in maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture. 4. Performance Management Support managers in goal setting and KRA/KPI tracking. Coordinate appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure proper documentation of performance improvement plans. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs in coordination with department heads. Organize training sessions, workshops, and monitor effectiveness. 6. HR Administration Maintain employee database (HRMS/Excel). Manage attendance, leave records, and HR reports for management. Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.). Handle exit formalities including clearance, F&F, and exit interviews. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist role (Fresher with strong internship experience can also be considered). Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Assistant (EA) will directly support the Owner of a fast-growing retail chain by managing day-to-day operations, communication, coordination, and strategic tasks. The role demands high confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across business, administrative, and personal priorities. 1. Administrative & Executive Support Manage the Owner’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel itineraries. Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation. Maintain updated records, reports, and filing systems. 2. Business Coordination Coordinate with department heads (HR, Operations, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) to ensure timely reporting and task completion. Track key projects, business reviews, and operational updates across stores. Assist in preparation of presentations, business reports, and dashboards. Support in vendor, store, or client meetings as needed. 3. Communication & Liaison Act as the primary point of contact between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread communications, emails, and official letters. Represent the Owner professionally in meetings when required. 4. Operations Oversight Support monitoring of daily store performance reports and highlight key metrics. Follow up on timelines, store issues, and ensure escalation to relevant teams. Assist in SOP tracking, audits, and compliance coordination. 5. Personal Assistance Manage certain personal commitments, travel, and appointments of the Owner (if required).
