They identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, present offerings, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction. This involves prospecting, networking, and collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs, goals, and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and agreements. Meet or exceed sales targets. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance and prepare reports. Identify market trends and competitor activities. Assist in product development by providing client feedback. Other Responsibilities: Attend industry events and conferences. Provide after-sales support to customers. May be involved in budgeting and financial compliance. Skills and Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Essential for building relationships and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Sales and negotiation skills: Required for closing deals and securing new business. Problem-solving skills: Needed to address client issues and find solutions. Analytical skills: Useful for analyzing sales data and identifying trends. Organizational skills: Necessary for managing multiple accounts and tasks. Self-motivation and initiative: Important for driving sales and achieving targets.
