As the Gardener at our hotel, your primary responsibility is to maintain and enhance all outdoor and landscaped areas, such as gardens, lawns, pathways, and plant displays. Your diligent efforts will ensure that the hotel grounds remain clean, visually appealing, and well-maintained at all times. By upholding the highest standards of appearance, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression on our guests. Your key responsibilities will include: Garden & Grounds Maintenance: - Planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and nurturing flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns. - Regularly mowing, edging, and caring for lawns and turf areas. - Keeping all outdoor spaces clean and free from weeds, litter, and debris. Seasonal and Special Maintenance: - Adapting planting and maintenance schedules according to seasonal requirements. - Installing seasonal decorations or displays as necessary. - Preparing the gardens and grounds for special events or periods of high traffic.
