Led by doctor-founders, we provide non-hormonal, evidence-based treatments for female fertility, PCOS, and reproductive health. We are looking for a dedicated Ayush Doctor to join our team and play a key role in patient consultations, treatment protocol development, training telecallers & junior doctors, and medical content creation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct teleconsultations and in-person consultations for female fertility patients. Design structured consultation and treatment modules to ensure standardized, high-quality patient care. Train telecallers and junior doctors to enhance patient communication and consultation effectiveness. Create medical content, including articles and educational videos, to support patient awareness campaigns on fertility and reproductive health. Ensure adherence to treatment plans, track patient progress, and provide guidance for long-term reproductive health. Work closely with doctor-founders and the medical team to refine and enhance treatment strategies. Maintain accurate patient records, ensure adherence to medical protocols, and suggest improvements for patient care. Stay updated on Ayurvedic advancements in female fertility and incorporate them into treatment approaches. Qualifications & Skills: Education: BAMS/BHMS with a strong focus on female reproductive health & fertility care. Tech Proficiency: Basic ability to use laptop, internet, and telemedicine platforms for consultations and content creation. Communication Skills: Strong patient counseling, training, and interpersonal skills. Passion for Womens Health: A commitment to holistic fertility care and non-hormonal treatment approaches. Attention to Detail: Ability to develop structured modules, track patient progress, and ensure treatment efficacy. Team Player: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with doctors, content creators, and operational teams.
