Disappointing experience. The staff was rude, and there was no apology for not having enough cards. Prices were overpriced, and the owner seemed to think he had a good sense of humor, but it just came across as unprofessional. Definitely not the level of service you'd expect from a florist. Won’t be returning.

I recently visited this florist shop, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff was rude and lacked proper communication. This behavior made the shopping experience unpleasant. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
