You will be part of our Patents team as a Patent Agent with a minimum of 3-5 years of PQE. It is crucial to have excellent written and spoken English language skills for this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting prior art searches, FTOs, and infringement searches, - Providing patentability opinions, - Drafting specifications, - Handling patent prosecution tasks such as FER analysis, preparing responses, addressing client queries, and attending hearings, - Supporting the Litigation team during Appeals and revocations cases.
