About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT & Systems Administrator who is passionate about exploring new technologies and implementing solutions that drive efficiency, security, and productivity. This role is central to managing our internal systems, device infrastructure, and custom-built website; while also helping us stay ahead of the curve through smart integrations and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) Maintain and optimize internal systems including SharePoint and team workspaces Manage device lifecycle and compliance using Microsoft Intune (Windows & macOS) Administer Apple Business Manager for Apple device provisioning and control Set up and enforce IT security protocols, including password policies, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint protection Ensure data privacy, user access controls, and secure onboarding/offboarding of employees Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity) Collaborate with dev team to support the custom-built company website (basic deployment, bug tracking, uptime monitoring) Maintain internal documentation, wikis, and ensure up-to-date knowledge base for staff Liaise with vendors for procurement, licensing, and support Continuously improve internal systems and IT workflows to increase team efficiency, automation, and overall productivity Support other internal tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, automation tools) Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Admin Center) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint/device management Experience administering Apple Business Manager Familiarity with IT security best practices (MFA, conditional access, secure device provisioning) Strong understanding of integrations across platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, custom websites, CRM, ERP, internal tools) Ability to collaborate with developers to connect systems via APIs, webhooks, or integration tools Basic understanding of web technologies (for liaising with dev team on custom-built website) General IT troubleshooting (network, device, application) across Windows and macOS Soft Skills & Working Style Passionate about exploring new technologies, tools, and systems Proactive in identifying opportunities to adopt innovative solutions and stay ahead of the curve Analytical mindset with ability to improve system workflows and automate manual processes Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Independent and self-driven working style Clear documentation habits and strong internal communication skills At FEODA TECHNOLOGIES we like to ensure we create the best environment for our people by providing collaborative office spaces or a remote setup.
