Fenergo Specialist

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Fenergo and onboarding platforms Configure and customize the Fenergo platform to support client onboarding, and regulatory requirements. Utilize technical expertise to configure rules, data mappings, workflows, and UI components within the Fenergo system. Ensure all configurations adhere to best practices and regulatory standards. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Develop and execute test plans to ensure the Fenergo configurations meet the business requirements. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration changes, processes, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on Fenergo functionality and best practices. Collaborate with IT, compliance, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Fenergo systems. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Fenergo-related issues. Technical Skills required for this role - Strong knowledge of Fenergo configuration and customization. - Proficiency in SQL, XML, and scripting languages. - Experience with Fenergo API integrations and data migrations.
