Role & responsibilities Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Fenergo and onboarding platforms Configure and customize the Fenergo platform to support client onboarding, and regulatory requirements. Utilize technical expertise to configure rules, data mappings, workflows, and UI components within the Fenergo system. Ensure all configurations adhere to best practices and regulatory standards. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Knowledge and Skills needed: - 6-8 years of experience in KYC for Retail and Corporate Banking either as a KYC Analyst (operations), Business Analyst or Functional Tester with E2E Testing experience - Knowledge of KYC data and document requirements for each type of customer / entity, e.g. retail, partnership, company etc. Specific knowledge of KYC requirements for UK and Ireland market will be an added advantage -Knowledge of different types of products in banking, viz. deposit account, current account, mortgage, personal loan etc. - Experience of working with KYC tech platforms as a tester or an operations user - e.g. Pega, Bank in-house KYC platform, Fenergo etc. Fenergo experience will be a huge plus. - Hands-on experience in Functional testing & E2E Testing - Knowledge of typical account opening and client onboarding process - Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities - Understand the end-to-end data flow and process flow across all the channels, systems and external data interfaces in scope for KYC to be conducted as part of onboarding, new product and other business flows - Prepare exhaustive testing scenarios covering all the end-to-end process flows - Participate in test case reviews - Conduct domain training sessions to the overall team on KYC basics and the end-to-end process flows - Execute test cases
