Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing strategies that lead to increased revenue and strong client partnerships. Responsibility: dentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current relationships. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and offerings. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and business progress using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
