Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Guide customers through the gut detox program, meal plans, and product details. Address customer concerns, provide resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary. Track customer progress, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated. Assist with scheduling consultations and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements for better service. Educate customers on the benefits of gut health and wellness.
