• Enforcing Rules and Regulations: Maintaining discipline, enforcing hostel rules, and addressing violations.
• Resident Support: Addressing student complaints, providing counseling, and offering pastoral care.
• Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, managing resources (like the mess), and coordinating with other staff (e.g., housekeeping, security).
• Administrative Duties: Maintaining records, submitting reports, and handling administrative tasks related to residents.
• Emergency Response: Handling emergencies, including medical situations, and ensuring timely assistance.
