Female Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a Female Telemarketing Executive for our office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and fluency in Kannada, Hindi, English and Telugu.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services/product maintaining customer relationships, and achieving calling targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain company services/products clearly and effectively in Kannada, Hindi, English and Telugu.

Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.

Maintain a customer database and follow up regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.

Fluency in Hindi, English and Telugu is mandatory (basic Kannada is an added advantage).

Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer support preferred but not compulsory.
