Female Telecaller / Receptionist

Job Description:

Standard Petro India Pvt Ltd is looking for a smart and professional Female Telecaller / Receptionist to manage front desk operations and customer communication. The candidate will handle calls, greet visitors, and provide support to the sales and administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Greet and assist visitors at the office reception.
• Maintain call logs, visitor records, and customer data.
• Coordinate with sales and admin team for smooth operations.
• Provide basic information about products/services to clients.
• Manage daily office correspondence (emails, calls, messages).

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• Prior experience in telecalling or receptionist role preferre

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
