Female Telecaller - Real Estate

Dream Town Builders is expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, smart, and proactive Female Telecaller to join our real estate team.
If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and helping clients find their dream home, this role is perfect for you!

✨ Responsibilities

• Call incoming leads provided by the company
• Explain project details (1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK flats & villas)
• Schedule site visits with interested clients
• Maintain follow-up with warm & hot leads
• Update daily call sheet and client status
• Assist in basic customer queries

✨ Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Good communication skills
• Confident, polite, and patient
• Ability to handle leads and follow-ups
• Prior calling/tele-sales experience is a plus
• Basic phone + WhatsApp knowledge
