Role Overview

We are looking for a Female Telecaller / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings/demos with the sales team.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B).
• Explain company services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP, POS, AI Solutions).
• Generate leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure conversion.
• Record and update client information in CRM/Excel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
• Confidence in talking to business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of IT/software services (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle objections and build client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets / CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / BPO (Freshers welcome with good communication skills).
